हिन्दी में अर्थ

मैं दीपक के प्रकाश को नमन करता हूँ| यह प्रकाश शुभ है, कल्याणकारी है एवं आरोग्य, धन एवं संपदा प्रदान करता है| यह दीपज्योति अंधकार रूपी अज्ञान का विनाश करती है| मनुष्य का अज्ञान ही उसकी बुद्धि एवं विवेक का शत्रु है।

śubham karōti kalyāṇam ārōgyam dhana saṁpadaḥ|

śatrubuddhi vināśāya dīpa jyōtir namōstutē||
