World Heritage Day is celebrated on 18th April every year. It is important to remember that protecting and preserving India’s glorious heritage is the responsibility of every Indian.
India is home to 43 UNESCO World Heritage Sites. From the rock shelters of Bhimbhetka to the Kaziranga National Park and from Fatehpur Sikri to the Chola temples; the length and breadth of our country is dotted with breathtaking landscapes and mesmerising monuments.
