जब हम जागते हैं, तब वे भी जागते हैं| जब हम सोते हैं, तब भी वे जागते हैं| हमारे जल, थल एवं वायु सेना के जवान, दिन-रात भारत माँ की सुरक्षा के लिए तत्पर रहते हैं एवं आवश्यकता पड़ने पर अपने जीवन का सर्वोच्च बलिदान दे, हमारे देश की प्रभुता को आंच नहीं आने देते हैं| इन असंख्य वीरों एवं उनके परिवारों की कुशलता सुनिश्चित करना हर भारतीय का परम कर्तव्य है|
सशस्त्र सेना झंडा दिवस सन 1949 से हर वर्ष, ७ दिसम्बर को मनाया जाता है| इस अवसर पर सशस्त्र सेना निधि में यथासंभव योगदान कर, इन वीरों के प्रति अपनी कृतज्ञता व्यक्त करना न भूलें|
They are awake when we are awake but they do not sleep when we are sleeping. The brave soldiers of our Armed Forces fervently and selflessly guard our nation’s borders every day and every night. They do not hesitate to make the supreme sacrifice when the call of duty and love for our motherland beckons. It is the duty of every Indian to ensure the welfare of our dauntless soldiers and their families.
The Armed Forces Flag Day is celebrated on 7th December every year since 1949. Please do contribute to the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund as a mark of respect and gratitude to these brave sons and daughters of our soil.
