Rig Veda 7.59.12 | ऋग्वेद ७.५९.१२
Meaning in English
We worship the supreme and glorious Deva (Rudra Shiva), the one who enriches that which sustains life and the protector who guards in three ways (the Three-Eyed One). Just as a cucumber detaches itself from the vine (upon ripening), may this Deva liberate us from the bonds of death, but never sever us from immortality.
