One should meditate upon Lord Ramachandra who carries a bow and arrows and is seated in a sacred lotus-like posture, who wears yellow robes and whose eyes resemble the petals of a newly-blossomed lotus, who is pleasant and has his sight fixed upon Sita’s lotus-like face who is seated to his left; whose long arms extend up to his knees and whose complexion resembles the rain-bearing clouds, who shines with various adornments, and who has beautiful braids of matted hair that extend to the thighs.

This Dhyana or meditation mantra is found in the Rama Raksha Stotra and also use standalone to meditate on Shri Rama.
